EXACT confirms its participation in the upcoming edition of PLAST, the leading exhibition in Italy dedicated to the plastics and rubber industry, scheduled to take place in Milan this June.

On this important occasion, the company will present major technological innovations that continue the deep restyling of shapes, materials, and electronic platforms successfully inaugurated at the K show in Düsseldorf. Among the highlights of the exhibition will be the new Evolution 10, a cold pelletizing model that follows the new structural and digital design of the EXACT range.

The main technical innovation of this edition concerns the E120 hot pelletizer, which is now equipped with a water-cooled cutting system (underwater cutting). This represents a fundamental strategic evolution: while previously the configuration with an air-cooled die and cutter limited application primarily to PE and blends, the introduction of the water system definitively opens the door to the effective recovery of a wide variety of plastic materials, significantly expanding the plant’s operational flexibility.

As is customary for EXACT, the technology will not only be on display but shown directly in operation. Throughout the exhibition, both cold and hot pelletizing machines will be recycling plastic film during LIVE demonstrations. Visitors will thus have the opportunity to evaluate the systems’ performance first-hand, experiencing their reliability, process continuity, and proven ease of use.
