Among the highlights of the exhibition will be the new <strong>Evolution 10<\/strong>, a cold pelletizing model that follows <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exact.it\/es\/newgranulators\/\">the new structural and digital design of the EXACT rang<\/a><\/strong>e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main technical innovation of this edition concerns the <strong>E120<\/strong> hot pelletizer, which is n<strong>ow equipped with a water-cooled cutting system (underwater cutting)<\/strong>. This represents a fundamental strategic evolution: while previously the configuration with an air-cooled die and cutter limited application primarily to PE and blends, the introduction of the water system definitively opens the door to the effective recovery of a wide variety of plastic materials, significantly expanding the plant&#8217;s operational flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As is customary for EXACT, the technology will not only be on display but shown directly in operation. Throughout the exhibition, <strong>both cold and hot pelletizing machines will be recycling plastic film during LIVE demonstrations<\/strong>.
